Exchanges
Certain types of items can be exchanged, like apparel or accessories, if we have an item in stock to exchange with. Statues and folk art are not eligible for exchange. If you have any questions you can always contact us at hola@shopchacon.com.

Damages and issues
We do our best to pack your items with care, however, we are not liable for damage caused in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. *Please note, we offer pick-up in the NYC area.
